It All Started With a Shift
One small change led to another. Healing my relationship with food and wellness became the foundation for the life I live—and share—today.
My Wellness Journey
My path started young. For years, I struggled with body image and disordered eating. It wasn’t until my early thirties that I began to heal through education, proper nutrition, and movement that felt good. I fell in love with fueling my body—not punishing it—and discovered the power of whole foods, strength training, and self-respect.
Motherhood gave everything a new lens. Suddenly, it wasn’t just about me—I wanted my kids to grow up proud of their bodies, surrounded by nourishing meals and a healthy environment. That desire sparked my passion for a more holistic, low-tox lifestyle and a deeper awareness of what we bring into our homes.
I’m still learning, still growing—but I believe every step toward a healthier, more mindful life is worth it. I’m so glad you’re here.

Trading the 9–5 for Flexibility and Family
Before this chapter, I worked full-time in the corporate world as a web and graphic designer. I loved the creative work, but I craved more flexibility—and more time with my growing family. So I stepped away from the 9–5 and shifted to freelancing, creating a life with more rhythm, less rush, and a whole lot more presence.
